J. Edward Etheridge (Ed)

Etheridge Associates was founded by Mr. Etheridge. He is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduate of The Realtors Institute, N.C. State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, N.C. Licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor, and experienced in all aspects of brokerage (Commercial and Residential), development, and construction. He is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), member and former President of the local Board of Realtors, and active in development and brokerage.

James Edward Etheridge, Jr. (Jim)

Jim Etheridge is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a N.C. licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor, North Carolina Licensed Appraiser Trainee, North Carolina General Contractor, CCIM Candidate (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). He is involved in commercial and residential brokerage, leasing, development, and appraising.

Gail Scott

Gail is a licensed N.C. Real Estate Broker, office manager for Etheridge Associates, and the residential leasing director for the firm. She has over 30 years experience in real estate and construction and 16 years experience with Etheridge Associates.
